Through my interest in native plants, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty and value of birds.  In this section of my blog, you’ll find stories about the birds who visit my garden, or those I come across randomly in life.  Some of the birds I write about are residents in Central Texas and specificially in Austin, other birds are transient visitors–those who wing through on their way to other gardens, other places.
